The Cave Singers' debut album Invitation Songs was good, but nothing that caught my attention quite like their sophomore effort, Welcome Joy. Joy to me is on par with The Winetree's Kentucky. There's something that I cannot explain about it, other than that it is an incredible album that came to represent a time in my life that is long since past, but still visited frequently in my mind. This album has that same feel to it; like it will be the soundtrack to some momentous occasion in my life.
